Looking for a gym with good group fitness classes

I want to start taking fitness classes to gain experience but don't want to spend a butt load in a membership- any suggestions?

does planet fitness have group exercise classes?

    Planet Fitness does, plus you can have someone work one on one with you if you like. You just have to make an appointment for it. Here, in Jax FL, my membership fee is 21.65 a month (with taxes) and its basically a 24/7 gym. They are super great. :bigsmile:

    i belong to LAFitness and they have group classes
    i only pay $29/mo

    Most YMCA have many free group classes included in the membership.

    I am thinking of joining Rapid Fitness - they are supposed to have great classes!

    My Anytime Fitness location has a few classes! I have a joint membership, so I think it breaks down to about $30/month.

    Our Y offers several classes throughout the week. I'm not sure how much an individual membership is though because we have a family one.
