Hello I am New

I struggle with weight loss all the time. I lose, I gain, I lose, I gain. I eat when not hungry. Think it is more stress eating than anything else. I have done myfitness pal before and worked so well, but of course when I quit tracking the food and exercise, back came the weight plus more. I hope to stick with it and find some friends for motivation and encouragement.

    ditto, however it wasnt when i quit MFP it was when i quit "working out" everyday, but J.H.Christ me knees couldnt take any more abuse.... and i was sick of all the trolls on the message boards that seemed to got out of their way to argue with someone els on a thread :love:
