Hello there fitness people!
My name is Jerra and I've been working out on and off for years. I am lazy and unmotivated to say the least. I have reached that age (26) where everyone is getting married now and choose me to be in the weddings. I look like a weird pumpkin in my bridesmaid dress. Eww. So working out is my new hobby.( working on my new hobby)

Just look at my pic in a wedding looking kinda my worst. Looking for some one to help motivate.
  • let's get it boys and girls. i havent done anything in the gym for about 6 months. looking to make a change, two weeks in to the new year so at this point i dont think it falls into the "resolution" downfall.

It takes 21 days to make and break a habit. I have never reached the 21 days yet. Like I said lazy and unmotivated. On the road to health and fitness and quiting the terrible habit of smoking cigarettes
