I've been doing great on my diet and stick to eating healthy, but I'm wanting to know if there is any kind of exercise or possible a good food to eat more of to help boost my metabolism or that will help me reach my goal faster. I don't necessarily want a flat flat tummy but I'm tiered of my love handles eating my pants

Im the same as you! I never had a problem with my tummy area - in fact it was the one part of me I did like. However I gained a bit of weight and it went all on my tummy and now I feel constantly bloated and fat. It's so noticeable no matter what I wear! Unfortunately you can't isolate fat loss, it will come off where it comes off. So I'd suggest doing cardio and ab training and I second being patient with it0

Use a food scale, eat at a deficit, and it will improve. You can't spot reduce. Ab training will give you definition for when the fat is gone, but won't help you lose the fat in the first place. Drink when you're thirsty. Add muscle mass for a small boost to your metabolism, but really, metabolism is pretty steady.0 -
if your diet/exercise are on point, try yohimbine....small dose at first make sure it doesn't make you freak out. best to take it in the morning and work out fasted. might help you get there a few percentage points faster.0

From bodybuilding.c...Side effects reported using yohimbine include: nervousness, irritability, insomnia, headache, skin flushing, anorexia, nausea, gastric distress, diarrhea, vomiting, palpitations, tachycardia, dysuria, pain, increased blood pressure, dizziness, sweating, weight gain, constipation, and anxiety. Always consult your doctor when using yohimbine-containing products.
Do not use while taking any medications, or if other medical problems exist, such as; angina pectoris, depression, other psychiatric illness, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, or liver disease. Do not exceed the recommended dosage for Yohimbine, as an overdose could, in extreme cases, result in death.
