Help me,I am feeling full with less food, not feeling hungry during breakfast , I started 1200 calories diet on 13 December 2015, lost around 2 KG in one month.
Eating aroung 50 to 60 grams fat,
50 to 60 grams protein ,
110 to 140 grams of carbohydrates ,
I have stopped eating chapatis (Indian Bread)
I have stopped eating Rice.
I eat only one Chapati (Indian Bread ) in morning
I eat fish chicken mutton cheese
sprouts ,
cooked pulses ( Dal)
cooked and raw vegetables
boiled legumes (Rajma Chola)
No Bread
sometimes 1/3 cup pasta in tomato sprouts soup with curd
I take curd everyday
all fruits sometimes fruit shake
BUT FROM PAST ONE WEEK I AM FEELING FULL WITH LESS PORTION OF FOOD
plus I don't feel hungry when I get up
Is this normal????

You don't need to eat breakfast if you don't feel like eating it. I too go through periods of diminished appetite. It's normal for people to have a varying appetite. What you do in these cases is add foods that are higher in calories in smaller quantities. Nuts fit the description perfectly. One handful can have more than 100 calories. Re-introduce more bread and rice if it helps your appetite, eat your dairy full fat, add more oil to your food and salads...etc. I promise you it's usually normal and will pass soon.0

Thanks for Replying Dear,
I eat butter, olive oil, full fat curd or milk in every meal.
But I have never felt full after waking up, I use to feel hungry all the time but it could be because I use to eat around 2200 Calories before I started healthy lifestyle. I use to eat for past 25 years more Carbohydrates Like Bread and Chapatis (Indian Bread) plus Rice,
and use to eat very less fish chicken or mutton proteins, very less fruits, maybe twice or thrice in a week
SO THIS LESS HUNGER IS NORMAL? and why do I feel full with less food,
I know little bit about Leptin and Ghralin
is that changing with in one month of healthy low calorie diet????

Yes it is normal to get used to a smaller amount of food. I do intermittent fasting from time to time (one day at 500 calories and the next at slightly more than maintenance) and after a while I stop feeling hungry at all on low calorie days despite only eating 25% of what I would normally eat. A lot of it has to do with habits and getting used to something, plus the subconscious notion that the less calories the better can and does affect a person's perception of hunger once they've seen success. Sometimes these changes persist for long and sometimes they are short and temporary where your appetite bounces back soon as a self-rebellion. Dieting is very much a mind game, so anything can happen. Just continue on while making sure you have adequate calories even if you don't feel hungry.0
