Hi guys recently started to get back on the fitness band wagon and looking for new friends for support and chat ☺

    Hello! Me too! It's hard to know what advice is the right advice for you without properly chatting with people.

    I also need help on foods I need to be eating if I wan't an athletic/muscular body. Anyone on here trying to get to the same goal and have any advice?

    Hi - I am looking for help and support too :-))
    I am only looking to lose 7-8lbs but I am really struggling.
    I just seem to stay the same or lose a few then put it back on the following week. I have recently started running which I am loving by the way - never thought Id say that!

    Try intermittent fasting. Consume all your daily calories in an 8 hr window and then nothing but water or other 0 calories beverage for remaining 16hrs of the day. I used that to drop a stubborn 10lbs that I was struggling to lose.
