New kinda to MFP

Hi my name is Wes, trying to drop about 40 lbs thought I would give this a go. Never really dieted before but my age and eating habits have caught up to me. I used to lift weights regularly so eating was not much of an issue. Now I seem to just be riding my bicycle and some workouts here and there. I need some structure with my fitness to get back into shape
