Uh-Oh

I don't know if this is normal, maybe it is. But, I have been having a real sick feeling about 15 minutes after I run. I almost feel like I need to throw up & it's a little concerning! Any ideas?

Either it's too hot or you're pushing yourself too much.0

Oh, I see how that makes sense! Haha.0

be aware of what and when you are eating or not eating beforehand.0

Make sure you're hydrated before, don't eat anything within 1-2 hours of your run, and slow down0

There is couple of possible reasons:
1) You ate to late, so your food didn't have time to settle before you went for a run
2) You are not well hydrated
3) You pushed your self too hard
4) You did not have a proper cool down - try running slower for at least 10 minutes extra, decreasing in speed every minute or so, so that you end up walking for the last part. You might have to do longer or shorter cool down depending on your body.
