There is no such thing. Your body can build muscle or lose muscle. Your body can gain fat or lose fat. Your body cannot "tone." If you have lost the weight you want to lose and are not happy with how you look, get on a structured weight lifting program for beginners and eat at a slight calorie surplus.0

But yeah, OP -- tone isn't really a thing.
That 10 pounds you lost wasn't all fat -- it was also water and muscle too. To see a tighter looking body, you need to reduce your body fat%.
My favorite method of doing this is eat at or a bit below maintenance and lifting weights.0 -

Haha yes. I hate when people are like you have such nice tone, the word is muscle. I believe you meant I have nice muscle.0
