Love to be in on this. Just started Jan 1 and most days I manage 5k or a little more. I hope to get up to about 12k a day. I am 64 and live in Tn. Trying to get my cholesterol down some and also lose a few lbs. I use a Garmin vivofit 2 to track my progress
