Can someone please help me with the weight loss progress. All my profile says is a 29 pounds and I've gained on my profile, I have lost seven pounds since my last weigh in a week ago and it's very discouraging that it just shows that I've gained "22lbs". Not reflecting what I have lost , I mean it is subtracting what I loss but still . I have reached out to customer service was no help, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Is there anybody else is experiencing this, and if so how was it rectified. Thank you so much for your help in advance.

If I read your post correctly, it sounds like your ticker is not showing the correct number of pounds you have lost. I had this happen recently where my ticker went from saying I had lost 6 pounds (total) one day to zero pounds lost the next day after I logged another 0.5 pound loss. It turned out my starting weight had become messed up somehow and reset to my current weight.

I only know how to fix this on the website. To see your previous weight entries including your starting weight, go to screen where you enter a new weight, and click the link at the bottom that says edit previous entries. This should show all of your weight entries by date. You can see if any of them have changed and reset your starting weight. For me, I just had to edit my starting weight back to the correct number and the ticker once again showed the total numbers of pounds I have lost so far.

I've lost 6lbs over a few days, but I'm still in "gained" territory. Are you sure your weight isn't higher than your recorded starting weight? If there is any technical trouble I'd check there first.

Looks like your account is several years old. Chances are you starting weight is outdated. Go to Check-in, then Edit Previous Entries and change your starting weight there.

I had the same problem first tried to lose weight in 2013 lost weight, but gained it back after switching jobs and it was a desk job not the fast paced retail job. I started to lose weight again, and it would not register on here because it was still seeing that I was at that number before. I ended up editing my entries more or less deleting the weight I listed before, and the time I started to weigh myself again in your case last week just keep that. So deleted the previous entries of the weight loss include a new starting weight if you want.
