Just wanted to say hi to everyone
Planning on eating as I normally do for a week before trying to make the change so I can see the difference (currently ill tho so will be delayed till I'm better!)
I'm a 28 year old male
I'm not really looking for a diet....... I don't actually know what I'm looking for hahahaha I'm getting back into sports I enjoyed after a couple of rough years where I gave things up.
On a side note some of the topics and some of the replies scare me a little!
