Number of calories

My MFP says I shoud eat 1300 calories, but when I calculate in another place is like 1800, what shoud I trust?

Most other places calculate with exercise calories included, unlike MFP. So if you follow MFP, you should be eating 1300 plus some of your exercise calories back.0

MFP is great, but not for calculating calories/macronutrients. I use this tool - http://www.iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ It's perfect IMO0

I asked that same question yesterday. I was told MFP already calculated the 500 calorie deficit for me so go with the 1300 calories.0

1800 is for maintenance, 1300 is to lose 1 lb/week.0
