Hello all I'm 5 days in and doing ok its the weekend now and I am craving some wine though

Wine does not cause weight gain, too many calories do. Have a glass of wine even if you don't have the calories for it and plan better tomorrow. Enjoy0 -

This is i a bad thing to say but... I have a night cap or 2 every night. I don't count it towards my calories. Ive lost 40lbs before while doing that. THe main thing is your sticking to a strict diet and bringing up the metabolism with exercise.0

That sounds good acornbrew I am very strict with my diet so I think a few drinks of a sat nit won't mess me up that much ..... I hope lol0

Just make it fit. I fit half a bottle last night. Shave 100 calories off of one of your meals, do a little exercise.0
