Chinese Takeaway

Hi all,
I'd imagine this has been asked many times before, but does anyone have any recommendations for what I can order from the Chinese that is relatively ok? (I'm UK based so items you'd see on a UK Chinese
Menu ideally, please!)
I know that Chinese takeaway is never going to be healthy, but I know some things are better than others.
Thanks in advance

Not just many times before. It's literally being asked RIGHT now0

I would go for dumplings and steamed vegetables. Oh and I love the seaweed salad!1

Nothing fried, nothing sweet & sour, remove as much sauce as possible (or just ask them to put the sauce on the side), oh, and, if you order something soupy just don't drink the soup.
Yeah I'd go with the steamed ones, but be aware of dim-sum or dumpling types of dishes. They tend to have more fat/ seasoning to enhance the flavor.0
