So on Tuesday I went on the low FODMAP diet to help manage my IBS. I'm only a few days in and all I want is a freakin' cheeseburger! Help!

    While not as good, either have a gluten free roll or a bunless burger. I didnt see meat as a restriction

    I have been trying to go without gluten for a while now, but on the weekends I can't take it and just eat some really good bread like from Panera. I pay for it though! It takes until Tuesday to feel better. Anyway, today my GI doctor put me on a strict FODMAP. I sure hope it helps!

    I know what you mean about the cheeseburger, I briefly considered it on my way home from my workout, and I never eat fast food!
