Overkill?

Do you think it would be overkill to add a gym routine to my workout schedule? I'm doing beginner shred week 1 level 2 it's a 30 min cardio/ weight lifting combo. I was thinking of adding a wight circuit maybe 3 x a week and I'm attempting to ramp up my walking mileage which I try to daily walk of around 3 miles. Do you think that's too much? I do 6 days of video.

Just up one thing at a time and watch your energy levels. If you find you are unable/too tired to do your normal everyday tasks either cut back on exercise or increase your calories.

If this where me I would ditch a few days of the video and concentrate on a progressive strength training program0
