My name is Blain. I'm 45 years old , 6-4 , 290 pounds. I live in Fort Smith , Arkansas I will be undergoing Vertical Sleeve weight loss surgery on March 1st of 2016.
I hope to learn alot about my eating and exercise habits with MFP.
