Anyone by chance know of any really good protein drinks or smoothies that may help them with boosting there energy with working out in the gym?

Protein doesn't really boost my energy. Carbs and coffee do though.

That said, I like PEScience, Quest, and ON powders. Have them with water, milk, fruit, PB-whatever you want.

Well I shouldn't say protein drinks, but something that kinda gives them the kick in the butt for the gym but isn't full of calories. How good is the PEScience? Ive heard good things about it.

Well...I use pre-workout for a kick in a butt. But I don't really suggest it unless you know what you're getting into. Some people say a banana does the trick for them.

The PEScience snickerdoodle is amazing. Especially if you have a sweet tooth. I mostly put it in food but it makes a great shake as well.

For that, I drink black coffee.

    Caffeine and BCAA's - that's all you need! :)
