Hi everyone! My name is Hope. I am brand new to this. I am 28 and I weigh about 385 and really looking to get healthier and lose about 200 pounds. I am in need of a support group. I work from home, and am in front of my computer most of the time. I joined planet fitness, and work out 5 days a week. Looking for any insight for workout routines for a woman my size. I'm looking forward to this terrifying yet exciting new journey!!
