    I do it on a regular basis.. I try to keep my carb(healthy) count less than 100. Here is the diet plan which i follow:
    Breakfast:
    1. Oatmeal + almond + coconut milk
    2. 3 egg whites.
    Snack
    1. Greek yogurt [plain/blend]
    2. Almond (6 pieces)
    Lunch
    1. veggie patty (organic) , no bread or rice.
    Evening:
    1. A cup of tea with almond + coconut milk and 1/4 spoon of coconut sugar.
    Dinner:
    Mostly chicken with Salad (Spinach, broccoli, cabbage [plain/blend) ..etc
