    It only takes a few months and dedication to get the body you want! Come workout with me, and I will even monitor and adjust a nutrition plan for you! I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and have competed in Music City Muscle in the bikini division. I can give you a workout plan like every other trainer or I can give you the support and encouragement doing it WITH you. If I can't do something, how can I expect you to? Workouts are 5-6 times per week at the Maryland Farms or Christ Church YMCA. $40 per week. Get the trainer that doesn't just TELL you what to do, will push and do it with you!
