I have been using my fitness pal for a little more than a week and have already lost 7.5 pounds! It has been a great resource tool for tracking my eating and exercise habits. I know that I will need the support and encouragement of others in the future.

    I just started using this app also about a week ago and it's a big help in keeping me accountable. I decided to check out the community section today but I don't know how to really use it. How does the friend system work?

    I too just started using the fitness pal app as well. Love tracking my food and excessive. Down 3 pounds but I also have included Nutri System to my eating. I'm eatin their Breakfast, Lunch and my fresh, healthy low sodium dinner. I sometimes drink their shakes for snacks but honestly they taste like cardboard!!! My downfall is I like a glass or 2 of wine at night so with that said I'm going to cut my wine during the week and have only on weekends.
    My goal is to become healthier, firmer and happy with myself. I only need to lose about 5 pounds to feel comfortable with myself. I'm looking for friends to help keep me motivated for the next 4 months before my cruise in April.

    Good job and congrats. I am in low carb restart mode in order to lose weigh I regained when I stopped being accountable. I lost 10 lbs so far and it's encouraging since that's in 2 weeks. I wish you good luck on your weight loss journey.
