Working day to day to overcome smoking addiction and the effects on health

I quit smoking last year. Worked hard and focused on that fitness goal. Now need to lose the 30 pounds gained. Also want build heart lung health. Doing healthy walking programs. believe health spirit are tied together if you feel same join me in my journey. Praise Lord for bringing this far.
