Exercises for new moms! Any suggestions?

I cant do any heavy lifting because i just had a baby. Im thinking about doing pilates at home.. any recommendations for exercise that are safe enough for moms that just had a baby? Thanks in advance

    Walking. Light swimming is also good. You can also try yoga. Just don't push yourself too hard and stop if it starts to hurt.
