I'm trying not to get discouraged...

I've been at it for a week now
My goal is 1850 something and I'm eating 1200-1300
I left my diary open to public so that y'all can see.
I did have a bad day on Tuesday and Wednesday because I was sick0 -
That's great, but are you tracking all of your food intake as well as liquid calories? It's possible you may be going over you calorie limit and not realizing it. I lost 57 pounds without actually tracking anything, but I am here now because I plateaued. A food scale might be in order. I'm about to get one myself. I don't know how long you've been trying to lose weight, but it's a slow process.0

I checked out your diary and if you're logging everything, you're doing a good job there--congrats. Since you're logging is up to snuff, try taking another 100cal off your goal and see if you start losing. Do that for 2 weeks and if nothing moves take off another 100cal. If you still aren't losing go see a doctor, there might be a medical reason. Good luck.0
