Poop pills obesity treatment?

    We can change/improve our gut microbiome by eating fiber-rich foods. Also by exercise.

    Yes.. I'd definitely lose weight taking those, because I'd be so disgusted that after swallowing it I'd vomit everything I've eaten for the day! Can't even imagine... I'll stick to just eating less, please and thank you.

    This is based on research regarding the natural flora our bodies normally have. Often times that flora gets disrupted, and depending many things, the kinds of flora that end up developing may be affecting us more than we realize. It is a developing idea, but the recent research is really pointing toward the microbial "cloud" we SHOULD have as having a lot more power over our general health than ever thought. It may even influence things like diabetes, colitis, etc. Fecal transplants and pills are much more rich in the kinds of flora we need, whereas a probiotic might have one or two different kinds.
