not really new but back yet again

I've been on MFP since I don't remember when. 2014 was the year I got my act in gear, 2015 started off great, I was up to almost 60 lbs lost then due to a family illness last February I got off track and stopped food tracking and really went back to eating anything I wanted.

The great news is I am right about where I was this time last year *and* I am only about 7 lbs over my lowest weight last year, all with very little food tracking done in 2015, so I guess all that practice and all those habits I was instilling paid off because I didn't gain it all back.

Right now I really really really want to focus on a good strong push to get down to 174 then I may swap to super slow loss mode for a while, perhaps even stop tracking again, but I should be around pretty hardcore for a couple months at least while I continue to work on these next 25 lbs.
