Two Measurements of Progress for Guys

Well, we all want to be motivated and have measured progress. The tangible measurement relates to our advancement towards our weight and possibly aerobic goals. The less tangible ...maybe call it intangible, is how does the opposite sex seem to relate to you. I'm nowhere near my tangible goals, but I have been working out regularly, and doing a much better job of watching what I eat. However, my intangible measurement, I find, is providing motivation. That measurement is how women, around my age, relate to me. By this I mean seeing them check you out at the gym; seem to make an effort to walk by you and then say hi with a smile; catch women staring at you in stores, or making direct eye contact with you while they are walking past you with a big smile on their face. Ultimately, having women seem to put themselves in a position to talk to you. Hey, we all need motivation and are motivated by some of the same, or different things. I've found a significant motivation....do you think I'm messed up? lol.

Nope, not messed up. I like to wear a shirt as little as possible.
