That I can drink coffee without milk, at least if it is breakfast blend!

I ran out of milk, realized it after I made the coffee. I usually use 2 packs of splenda with 3 tbsp of skim milk, soy milk or almond, depending on what I purchased that week. Today, I just added one extra packed of splenda to my mug, along with a few ice cubes for an iced coffee.

Saved myself a few calories in the process.

Congratulations!!! How I would love to cut out the extra milk/cream in my coffee.... Though in all honesty I don't drink very much coffee and according to my bf/personal trainer...the fat in my heavy cream (less than 2TBLS) for my coffee is good for me considering that I don' t eat enough. LOL

I much prefer it with my milk, whatever version of milk and I count it towards my dairy intake.
