Has anyone here dealt with adrenal fatigue?

Hi there!

Has anyone here dealt with/recovered from adrenal fatigue before? I was really sick this fall with complete exhaustion and blood sugar crashes, which went away for about a month or so with the help of heavy probiotics. It seems to be back now and I'm just tired alllll the time. Not pregnant, gluten and dairy allergies, I workout regularly and sleep at least 8 hours a night. All of a sudden I can't even walk for an hour without feeling low blood sugary! I also don't have diabetes. Any ideas/shared experiences would be welcome! Feeling frustrated while I wait for my cortisol blood test results to come in.

Any medications that may be causing the problem. I have a problem with statins that caused extreme tiredness.

You need a doctor

Adrenal fatigue is a made up illness

Check with the endocrine society

This does not discount your very real symptoms but a fake diagnosis won't help, get real medical help

In your shoes I'd get my thyroid checked. A full panel, not just the TSH.
