Abstinent Eating

I'm in recovery from an eating disorder and following an abstinent eating plan in accordance with medical recommendations, I'm trying to get healthy and not focusing quite so much on weight. On my plan I can't eat flour or sugar so would love some friends who avoid these two things or anyone who is supportive, I used to be around here as BostonStrong a year or so ago but I can't figure out my password.

Great for your recovery! I learnt the hard way too, it's not about not eating, it's about eating the right things and exercising regularly! I don't have any recipes to share, I eat pretty much everything (but in moderation!) and I have a daily hot yoga practice, burns calories and sculpts!
Keep it up!0
