Am I ready to go?

I've recently lost 30lbs on a meal replacement diet and I'm happy with the results, however I still have around 14lbs to lose (I'm 158lbs and 5 ft 4in) but i'd like to do it the sensible way, healthy clean eating and plenty of exercise. I have Insanity that I'm starting on Monday and I'm hitting the gym today to start lifting heavy weights. My plan is to lift 4 times a week. I've been reading on here that 1200 calories is too low, so I've done some research and worked out that I should eat between 1901 and 2218 calories with a ratio of 40, 40, 20. Does this seem right to you guys? Any comments would greatly appreciated

Yes, sounds about right. You need so much calories, especially if you do insane workout like Insanity. Good luck! ^^0

Just need to find what works for you. If I had over 2000 a day I'd gain but that's jut me. Play about with it until you find a number that works for you0
