First time doing a tri pod head stand and I'm so proud. Here is my fail and my completion! If at first you don't succeed, try & try again.

Love it. Can you do a cartwheel too?
I am working on both of them, slowly.
It was second nature as a child, now just plain scary.

Haha same @middlehaitch , I was so flexible as a little girl but now my body is so stiff! I cannot do a cart wheel
I'm too scared to fall! Granted I have not tried in a very long time. My head is a little sore now because of how much I practiced the head stand! The way I got it was flipping my body up against a wall first and then pulling away for seconds at a time to practice balancing on my own!
