Hi everyone,
I am quite new to this, but at 41 years of age (male, 5 foot 6 inches - reasonably active) I decided to loose that muffin top. Things are going well, the app has helped me to reduce a little. I dropped my calorie intake to 1800 per day and started 4-5 days a week power walking.
After an initial drop I have stabilised with no real change for two weeks and no sight of a trend down.
Anyone more experienced that might know why?
Do I need to drop more calories? (Hunger is an issue at 1800 on exercise days)
Thanks all!
Matt
