Juice cleanse

Hi all!

Have any of you done any DIY fruit cleanse? Meaning, you are buying the stuff you need for it, and make it at home instead of buying it already done. I am interested in doing a juice cleanse but want to hear from people who have had a DIY version (cheaper) and how they felt physically. I found this online

Yes. You can make a really effective solution with lemon juice and salt for cleaning stains out of surfaces, especially metallic ones. This is what you meant, right
