I'll have to hold back here, because I love motivational quotes. Any quotes, really. I'm sure I drive some on my FL crazy since I post quotes every other day. :ohwell:
Anyway, in regards to my weight loss journey, here are some of my favorites:
- All things are difficult before they are easy.
- Today I will do what others won't - so tomorrow I can do what others can't.
- Allow yourself to be a beginner. No one starts off being excellent
- Make the decision that you want it MORE than you are afraid of it.
