Starting again today – – new, clean slate!

Sure wish I would be able to better control emotional eating. When I'm stressed/down/anxious I eat with abandon and then I (of course) feel horrible afterwards.

    Emotional eating is tough. It's been my enemy in the past, but I wouldn't say it's the main reason why I struggle with my weight. A friend of mine is doing really well with overeater's anonymous. I don't know much about it firsthand, but it may be worth a look!
