Healthy foods that do not require refridgeration - Holiday

Hey everyone,

So I'm going away at the end of next month for a week, staying in a hotel and It's self catered. My friends are planning on eating fast food for the week and I'm not willing to do that to myself so I need to think of foods that I can store that don't require refrigeration that I can take

I've thought of some of the obvious - rice cakes, peanut butter, dried fruit, nuts, bread, pitta, protein and some fruit

But interested in some other suggestions to get me through :) Appreciate any help!
