hi I'm currently trying to gain weight and I was wondering if a scale has to do with the TRUE results of your weight gain? I currently use a conair thinner scale & I hate it! One minute it says I'm 118 then the minute after I step on it again it says I'm 116,I don't think the scale is accurate. What's a good scale to purchase for weighing your self?

I'm using my girlfriends weight watchers bathroom scales.

I weigh myself every morning, which helps set my frame of mind for the rest of the day.

With a month's worth of daily measurements, I use a spreadsheet to give a monthly average.

It's usually on the floor in my room or the spare room next to mine. I only recently moved it to my room yesterday. My floors in both room are flat wooded

    Have you replaced the batteries?

    Otherwise I love ozeri products.

Yes they're very good, they weigh me a pound under my old scales. So you're never going to get something totally exact.

Which is why I think of best to weigh every day and take an average.

Any scale with a strain gauge rather than spring should be good enough.
