Good Evening everyone!
Just recently decided to make a change in my life and would love for like-minded friends to help me on those sluggish days.
Currently using my exercise bike along with a HIIT workout (3 x week) and yoga daily.
Would love some ideas of how I can really push myself

Hello Mira,
I find that the most critical thing is to find something that you actually enjoy, whatever that may be for you. Distance running might really push you, but there would be little point if you hated it, and I think loving and actually enjoying what you do is key to maintaining motivation and making it a choice rather than a chore.
So try different things. Are you a groups person? Some people love team sports or fitness classes. Do you love the outdoors? Some people love running or cycling outdoors. Just find something which makes you feel great and that you love.0
