Hi. Back again for the long Term!

Hi, I'm not exactly new to mfp but this year is different because I've changed my mindset from the quick loss to being it for the long term! I've had a complicated few years health wise and now a full time wheelchair user which has meant my activity levels have plummeted and my comfort eating increased. I'm looking for friends who are supportive but honest. I'm also a vegetarian so any veggies with new food ideas etc I'd love to meet too. I've got about 25-17lbs to lose but set to do this at 0.5lb a week to give myself an achievable goal and time to change my eating habits for the better and still be kind to my mental health. Look forward to hearing from others.
