Hello guys and gals every where.
Lately I gained lots of weight after I was fit due to depression and bad eating habits. Im 5'2 and 62kg. I was 53 before. The past few weeks I've been trying and trying with several diet plans. Severe and easy plans and every time I think im almost there I break down and eat and get worse. I tried every diet imaginable. So my friend told me about the community here and how I can make friends who have the same goals and how I can find lots of support. So I thought I'd give it a try. I'm on the 1200cals diet. My problem is eating at night. I turn into a hungry monster at night. So I really need your support to lose the excess weight. Feel free to add me so we can support each other. Thank you :)
