I'm Now about 2 months in to my weight loss plan, in this time I've lost just over a stone in weight.
However these last couple weeks I havnt lost any, stayed the same. Despite doing the same eating and exercising as before. Is this normal?

yes its normal. you can have times where you wont lose at all and other times you may get a whoosh effect where you lose a decent amount. weight loss isnt linear, so yeah its normal0
