Might Be Moving Tropical, Aiming to lose 100lbs!

My family is on the verge of some big changes, one being a big move possibly to Miami. I need some support from the south. My round pale post baby cookie loving body is going to scare the crap out of all the native wild life. Anybody want to help motivate and support me as I desperately try to lose 100 lbs this year. I'm currently sitting at 249, made a few changes so far and I feel like I am on the verge of getting this right. I would love to find a few folks who would like some support as well, Today was a *kitten* day and even though I didn't do great on my intake it is no where near the damage I would have done in the past.
