Hello,
I could use some help from anyone who is nursing. I am currently nursing my almost 3 year old baby girl. And it seems food and weight have not been on my side. I want to try and lost some. My prepregnancy weight is 120. I would love to go back to that. So do I set my fitbit and myfitness pal information to the amount of calories to maintain 120? Plus add somewhere between 200 to 500 calories for nursing? And also if my daughter nurses more than once a day do I add each time she nurses to my food log?
