Hello.. Not new but returning!!! My weight loss journey started about three years ago.. It took me 2 years of hard work and dedication to finally reach my goal weight... But then I unexpectedly had to have open heart surgery to have a valve replacement...I am a year and a half post op and doing great but in that time I have gained 50lbs
