Anybody know a good ab workout that uses weights?

Put a barbell plate on your back and do a plank.0

If you have access to a slanted bench (like it's higher at one end), you can do crunches or full situps while holding a weight (one of those round ones) against your chest.
I always loved what was basically the reverse - a higher bench that let you lay prone and go down into an upside down sitting position and then back up, holding a weight if you like. Both are kind of impossible without gym equipment, alas.0
