How bad do you want it?

At the end of the day I have a choice to make, do I stay healthy or indulge in temporary wants & be unhealthy? Do I go to sleep without treating my body to fitness goodness or do I take five simple minutes to warm it up?

I've made a personal choice to get healthy after learning I'm borderline diabetic with a fatty liver. Of course, sometimes we have to hit rock bottom to make changes; but better late than never. I heard it takes 21 days to break a habit, well, I'm 7 days in & can't wait to beat the next 14 and more. Here's to knowing better, so doing better xo good luck everyone
