The "I'm Busy, let's make this quick" challenge!

So I don't know about you guys, but I have an extremely tight schedule full of things to do. The little sleep I get already makes me no susceptible to gain weight. Obviously, I barely have time to work out for a nice hour. I'm sure there might be others out there like me. So I challenge you to do this with me!
Right before you shower in front of the bathroom or in your room!
It's short and needs no equipments, simply do 4 sets(with rests up to 3 minutes in between sets and do 15 reps of each.
1. High knees(run in place).
2. Half jacks
3. Standing leg raises
4. Squats
5. Push-ups
6. Forward lunges
7. Plank jump ins
8. Mountain climbers
9. Plant leg raises
After about a week of doing this you can probably get to the next level (6 sets) and of course take your break! The level after that is 8 sets!
This is known as the storm trooper work out, I edited it a little.
